WHAT IT DOES
Lay out image pages and keep the originals off the network.
Choose up to 50 PNG, JPEG, or WebP images, review their order, move them with drag or accessible arrow buttons, choose the page size, orientation, margins, and fit, then build a PDF entirely in browser memory. Each image becomes one page in the visible order.
Why use it?
Use it to package scans or images as one ordered document without placing them manually on separate pages in an editor.
How to use this tool
- Choose the images and arrange them in the desired reading order.
- Set page size, orientation, margins, and fit. Contain keeps the entire image; Cover may cut off edges.
- Build and reopen the PDF to check page order and clipping. An image of text remains an image; this workflow does not add OCR or make it searchable.
Details and limitations
- Auto uses the image's pixel size at 96 CSS pixels per inch; A4 and Letter use their standard PDF point dimensions. Portrait, landscape, or source-aware automatic orientation is explicit.
- Contain keeps the complete image inside the margins, Cover fills the printable page and clips overflow, and Actual size places pixels at the browser's 96-pixel-per-inch physical mapping.
- PNG and JPEG bytes are embedded without an avoidable re-encode. WebP is converted losslessly to PNG because the PDF builder does not embed WebP directly; transparent pixels appear against the viewer's page background.
- Input is limited to 25 MiB per image, 100 MiB total, 40 megapixels per decoded image, and 50 pages so one tab cannot allocate an unbounded document.
